You wake up early to make the kids breakfast and lunch and get them off to school. You head to work, run errands at lunch, eat a few bits between calls at your desk, come home make dinner for everyone, help the kids with homework, field the 5,463 questions that the kids come up with to stall going to bed, answer some e-mails, then exhausted head to bed. Rinse. Repeat.
You wake up early to take your dog on a walk, come home, pack your lunch and head to work. You work until 7 because that big project is due and you will be damned if your boss passes you over AGAIN for that promotion. Grab some shitty food on the way home because you are too tired to cook, shove it your face, guzzle a glass (or three whose counting) of wine and crash. Rinse. Repeat.
“It’s no surprise to me that Vanessa has opened a shop about self-care and that it is amazing! She has been creating wonderful, hand-made, quality products for years. And now that she is bringing together beautiful products and meaningful classes, this is a truly inspirational, warm, and supportive place. I love it more every time I visit!”
